STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SECRETS OF THE WORLD'S GREATEST FIGHTERS

JUJI GATAME ENCYCLOPEDIA
This book has 423 pages and 1,700 photos focusing on the armlock, Juji Gatame. There is not other book like it in print.
